If your state has established sales tax laws that require us to collect state and local taxes, we will soon be collecting those taxes at checkout. However, in order to avoid collection of sales tax you must submit a current copy of your reseller certificate.
If your practice is based out of one of the states in the list below, then we will need your reseller certificate. We’ve also included a list of frequently asked questions:

In order to submit your reseller certificate, you can upload it to your profile.
Click View and Edit Profile and find the settings wheel as shown in the image.

Then find the bottom section and upload your reseller certificate. We prefer PDF files but you can upload other images as well.
